Infinix Note 11 (X663) is the latest model of the Infinix Note Series, and it's the successor of the Infinix Note 10 (X693). Compared to the earlier phone, Infinix Note 11 sports a unique design, and it's also fitted with a better display panel. However, the unique looks and better display panel are the main (and remarkable things) that distinguish Infinix Note 11 from the Note 10, otherwise, the phone retain almost all the features of the earlier model.

In details, while the earlier model and prior Infinix Note 8 (X692) feature 6.95-inch Infinity-O (hole-punch) displays, Infinix Note 11 has a smaller screen size of 6.7-inch, and it's also sports a Waterdrop notch (instead of a hole-punch).
Yet, inspite of its smaller size, the screen of the Note 11 still looks big; which is as a result of its wider aspect ratio. Also compared to the curved edges of the earlier models, Infinix Note 11 has flat edges; which make the phone to appear flatter than the earlier ones (though it's actually flatter than them).

The screen of the Note 11 also has an AMOLED panel; which displays richer colours than the typical IPS-LCD panels that came with the earlier Notes. Remember that the older Infinix Note 6 (X610) also came with AMOLED display.
Nonetheless, the latest phone's screen still features a Full-HD+ resolution and has standard (or 60Hz) refresh rate like the two earlier ones.

Though, as i said earlier, Infinix Note 11 retain almost all the features of its predecessor. Still, besides its unique design and more colourful display, the phone also comes with one or two upgrades. And this upgrades take place mainly in the area of camera system and fast charging. Because the 18W fast charging of the Note 10 has been increased to 33W, and the earlier phone's 48-megapixel Main rear camera has also been upgraded to 50-megapixel. Yet, the total number of rear cameras on the latest phone is still three, and it also maintain the 16-megapixel front camera of the earlier model.

Infinix Note 11 also retain the dual speaker and USB Type-C port of its predecessor. The Power button on this phone also doubled as a fingerprint reader; because the phone also lacks rear-mounted fingerprint reader. The X-Pen (and its slot) is also missing on this phone. Remember that X-pen is the essence of the Infinix Note Series. But it was last seen on the Infinix Note 6.

Under the hood also, things remain almost the same. Like the earlier phone, for instance, Infinix Note 11 is available in two RAM options of 4GB and 6GB. And while the 6GB variant is paired with only 128GB internal storage, the 4GB variant is paired with either 64GB or 128GB internal storage. This phone also runs on the Android 11 OS (though with the latest version of the Infinix XOS UI). Even, and despite that the phone is powered by a different and more recent Helio G88 CPU, yet, the CPU has the same processing power as the Helio G85 that came with the Note 10.

Verdict: Since Infinix Note 11 retain most of the features of its predecessor, therefore, the selling points of the phone are its unique looks, AMOLED display, wider aspect ratio, and slightly better camera system.
By the way, Infinix Note 11 Pro (X693) packed a more powerful CPU, better camera system, higher storage capacity, and higher RAM than the Note 11. But when it comes to design, Note 11 looks refreshing and more classy than Note 11 Pro. Also instead of having AMOLED panel like that of the Note 11, the screen of the Note 11 Pro is fitted with an IPS-LCD panel. The screen of the Note 11 Pro is also less brighter than that of the Note 11.

Price And Design Colours:
Currently, the 6GB/128GB variant of the Note 11 is no more available in this region. It's only 4GB/128GB variant that's available now, and the price is around 120,000 naira (Ksh 22,999). Infinix Note 11 comes in three colour options of Celestial Snow, Glacier Green and Graphite Black.

A Refreshing Looks:
Though, as a results of its smaller hole-punch and slimmer bezels, the earlier Infinix Note 10 was already a sleek looking phone. Yet, in its own unique way, Infinix Note 11 is also a nice looking phone. And the unique looks is as a result of the phone's unusual all-flat appearance.
Also instead of having a regular Tear-drop (V-shape) notch like most of other android phones, Infinix Note 11 has a Water-drop (U-shape) notch. And this make the front of the phone to look attractive and more classy.

The U-shape drop-notch, and the phone's wider or 20:9 aspect ratio, also make the 6.7-inch display of the Note 11 to gain more screen real-estate and appear bigger. This phone also sports a slightly thinner screen bezels, which enable it to have a little higher (91 per-cent) screen-to-body ratio than its predecessor.

Furthermore, as a result of its 7.9mm thickness, Infinix Note 11 is flatter than 8.8mm thick Infinix Note 10. Yet, the flat edges still make the phone to look more flatter. The flat edges also cause the entire frame and back of the phone to have all-flat appearance.
The back cover of the phone is plain-looking with two-tone gradient finish. The camera bump on this phone also looks premium and classy. The Main rear camera lens (placed at the top of the bump) also sports a larger ring or bigger circle. The larger ring contributes to the classy and premium looks of the Note 11. Also compared to 205g weight of the Infinix Note 10, Infinix Note 11 has a lighter weight of 184g.

Meanwhile, the arrangements of ports (and their positions) on this phone are still similar to those of its predecessor. Because you still have 3-in-1 (Dual Nano SIM+MicroSD card) slot and tray on the left edge of the phone. And on the right edge are the Volume rockers and Power button (which also doubled as fingerprint reader). Also on the bottom edge is the 3.5mm audio jack, speaker grille and USB Type-C port. And like that of its predecessor, there is nothing on the top edge of the phone.

A Colourful And Brighter Display:
Due to its AMOLED panel, videos, pictures and Apps look more colourful on the Note 11's display. The peak brightness of this screen is also on the high side (Infinix says 650nits); which makes the phone to be usable under direct sunlight.
Nonetheless, the pictures and videos on this screen are still not as punchy or as vibrant as those of other more expensive phones (especially the ones with Super-AMOLED panels or a more superior AMOLED panels).

Still the AMOLED screen (of the Note 11) looks more better than your average IPS-LCD displays. In fact, the screen of the Note 11 is far more colourful and brighter than that of its better equipped brother;- Infinix Note 11 Pro. But pictures and videos appear more vibrant and crisp on the Note 11 Pro screen.

Meanwhile, and despite having a Full-HD+ or 1080p resolution like that of the earlier model, the display of the Note 11 packed a slightly different pixels of 2400-by-1080 (compared to 2460-by-1080 of the earlier Note). The slight difference (in pixels) is as a result of the latest phone's wider or 20:9 aspect ratio. Furthermore, that screen resolution also means that the 6.7-inch AMOLED dsplay of the Note 11 has a pixel density (or sharpness) of 393ppi.
From above, it's obvious that the pixel density of the Note 11 display is just a little higher than 387ppi of the earlier phone's screen; which has a larger size of 6.95-inch.

Slightly Rear Better Camera:
Though, Infinix Note 11 comes with a 16-megapixel front-facing camera like Note 10, yet the videos and selfies taken with the latest phone's front camera look more better.
And like on the specsheet, the 50-megapixel main back camera of the Note 11 is also better than the 48-megapixel main back camera of the Note 10 in practical. This is not because the camera has a slightly higher megapixels, but because it sported a slightly larger (f/1.6) sensor, compared to the f/1.79 sensor of the earlier phone.

As a result, and compared to those of the earlier phone's, the pictures taken with the Note 11's rear camera are more clearer and detail. The skin tone and HDR (High Dynamic Range) also look more better.

However, despite that the second rear camera also sports a 2-megapixel Depth-sensing lens (for taking Bokeh pictures, or pictures with blurred backgroungs) like that of the earlier Model, the third camera on this phones is fitted with a AI or QVGA lens; which, to me, is a downgrade from the Macro sensor of the earlier model. By the way, the QVGA camera assists the Main camera in taking clearer or detail pictures in low-light environments.
Meanwhile, like its predecessor, the front and back cameras of the Note 11 are capable of shooting 2K videos at 30fps (frame per second). But with OIS (Image stabilization or Steady Mode) ON, the video recording is capped at 1080p at 30fps.

Though Different CPU, But Same Processing Power And Operating System:
The performance or processing speed of the Infinix Note 11 is also similar to that of the Infinix Note 10. Firstly, because the Helio G88 (MT6769H) CPU that powered the latest Note and the Helio G85 (MT6769Z) CPU of the earlier model have the same processing power. Though Helio G88 is newer and sounds better than the Helio G85, but both of them are 12nm octa-core processors, with the same 2x Cortex A75 Arm and 6x Cortex-A55 Arm. Both of them also have the same maximum clock speed of 2.0GHz. Even the Mali-G52 MC2 GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) of the Helio G88 and Mali-G52 MP2 GPU of the Helio G85 have the same processing power.

Secondly, Infinix Note 11 is also running on the Android 11 OS (Operating System) like the earlier model, however, the phone is pre-installed with the latest Infinix XOS 8.0 custom UI. One of the distinct features of the latest XOS is its pretty looking Quick-Menu or Control Centre. To display the Quick Menu, you need to swap down from the top-right corner of the screen. And if you swap down from the top-left corner (of the screen), your Notifications will be displayed.

Meanwhile, and as i said earlier, Infinix Note 11 comes in 4GB RAM and 6GB RAM options. And each of them is paired with 128GB internal storage (which can be expanded up to 512GB, via MicroSD card). Nonetheless, in some regions, this phone is also available in 4GB RAM/64GB storage option.

Same 5000mAh Battery, But Higher Fast Charging of 33W:
Although Infinix Note 11 retain the 5000mAh battery and USB Type-C port of its predecessor, the 18W Fast charging of the earlier phone has been increased to 33W. Which enables the latest phone to become fully charged (with its out-of-the-box 33W fast charger) in about one and half hours (compared to the two hours plus of the earlier phone). Besides, the AMOLED panel of the latest Note is slightly more power effecient than the IPS-LCD panel of the earlier model. Which means, on a single charge, Infinix Note 11 battery ought to last a little longer than that of the Note 11.
