The newly introduced Note 5 (X604) is the latest model of the Note series of the Infinix Mobility. And what separates the Note series from other models is the inclusion of X-Pen (Stylus), However X-pen can only be found in the improved version of the Note 5 Called Note 5 Pro.
And by the way, the current price of the Infinix Note 5 is 53,500 naira.
Although Note 5 is a subsequent version of Note 4 and they also share a few similar specs, Note 5 doesn't look like previous model. Instead, the phone has a distinct design and more attractive looks, check below for full review of Note 5 and what differentiate the new phone from the Note 4.
New looks and bigger screen: Note 5 possesses slimmer-bezels, 6.0 inch screen with Full HD+ resolution, and the screen aspect ratio of the phone is the latest 18:9. This new aspect ratio and slimmer bezels make the phone more attractive than Note 4, and remember that the previous phone has 5.7 inch screen, though with full HD too, but it has old aspect ratio and thick bezels.
Better front camera: Taking selfie becomes fun with the Note 5 front camera, the camera has 16MP, which means it's twice of 8MP of Note 4, this also indicates the new phone camera is capable of taking sharper and clearer Selfie pictures. Added to this is the camera's lowlight Selfie feature, which guaranteed bright, clear and detailed pictures from the shots taken at nights and in low light environments. However, at the back of the phone is 12MP camera with flash light. Although 12MP is lower than 13MP rear camera of last year's Note 4, i assumed the company's focus is on Selfie (front) camera in this year Note 5.
RAM, Storage, O.S. & others: the Operating System (O.S.) of Note 5 is Android One (Oreo), which means the phone has easy access to updates from Google for the next 2 years. The phone comes with 32GB base Internal ROM and 3GB RAM. These internal storage and few other specs such as X-Pen Stylus (optional), Fingerprint readers and 4G (LTE) network are some of the features of the Note 4 that remain the same in new Note 5.
Faster Processor; like previous model, Note 5 is still equipped with MediaTek Chipset with Quad-Core processing power, but instead of 1.3GHz processor of Note 4, Note 5 comes with faster 2.0 GHz processor.
Better battery life: Because the Screen Size of the Note
has increased from previous 5.7" to current 6.0", hence, there is need
for battery capacity to increase too. Therefore, Note 5 feature slightly
improved 4500mAh battery capacity. Added to this is the fasting charging feature of the phone which is referred to as 3A Quick Charge.
